Annette held a beautiful and safe space for me to explore some of my long held beliefs about myself. I felt supported throughout each of the Journey processes - always going at my speed, with guidance and presence. Not ony was the Journey process incredible, but the chance to be still and reflective in her garden afterwards - amongst the native bush, bright flowers and rows of corn - was an absolutely perfect place to restore balance and light. Emotional Therapy is a different form of counselling where you learn to feel emotions and to let go of them.
