I have struggled through many difficult circumstances in my life. Sickness in the family, heart breaking sorrow and other struggles which left me physically exhausted. I was full of stress and tension. Then I met Annette through her beautiful writings in our local paper. I read her words of wisdom for weeks and decided she was definitely the right person for me to do some Journeywork with. Annette's desire is to "Nourish" you back to good physical and emotional health. She is caring, understanding and very supportive.
